1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LEAD.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Lead packs & permitted use

• Lead packs are licensed for your internal business use only.
• You may not resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute lead data.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting leads, including the Data Protection Act of Trinidad & Tobago, anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR where applicable), and Do-Not-Call regulations.
• You must honour opt-out requests promptly.

5. Payments & refunds

All purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Because lead data is delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where the data delivered is materially defective.

6. Data accuracy

We curate and verify leads to the best of our ability, but contact data changes over time. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, deliverability, or any specific business outcome.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access non-public areas of the Service.
• Using the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the Service's operation.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, software, and curated datasets, is owned by LEAD.AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAD.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
